How to Sign In to My CenturyLink

The one-stop shop for managing your account is called My CenturyLink. Here, you can view and pay your bill, manage payment options, sign up for AutoPay, opt for paperless billing, and modify notifications.

Sign up for My CenturyLink if you haven’t already used your account number and zip code. You might occasionally require a different security code, which we can send you.

Where to find My CenturyLink

To quickly access the My CenturyLink sign-in page, save the link. You can also access My CenturyLink by clicking the “Sign In” link at the top of any page in our Support Center, including this one (like this one!).

Signing in

You generate a username and password when you sign up for My CenturyLink, which you will use each time you log in to access your account.

You only need to fill in your username and password and click “Sign in” if you are familiar with both. Don’t worry if you forget your username or password. We can assist you in obtaining your username or changing your password.

  • To retrieve your username, you can request it to be sent to the email address we have on file for your account.
  • If you forgot your password, you can reset it. You’ll need your My CenturyLink username and account number.
